Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at fureverloved.shop1@gmail.com with your order details. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
